Ms. Jensen's elder law practice encompasses a full range of services to the elderly and to their loved ones. This includes estate planning, conservatorships and guardianships, as well as helping protect an elderly person's rights in the case of elder physical abuse and elder financial abuse.

MediCal Benefits

In California, elder people who do not have enough resources of their own to pay for long term nursing home care may qualify for mediCal benefits. We can help you evaluate whether you or your loved one may qualify for MediCal benefits, plan for long term care, and help you complete the necessary application. Careful planning, within the law, can make a world of difference to the person receiving MediCal and to their family.

She also is a Member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, has been a Member of the Probate Volunteer Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court since 1996 and a Member of the Probate Mediation Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court since 1997.
